📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls with accuracy, empathy, and focus on first-call resolution • Navigate multiple systems and tools to research, resolve, and document complex benefit inquiries • Provide professional written communication via chat, follow-up, and resolution emails • Process member requests efficiently while following compliance, quality, and service standards • Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience aligned with business expectations • Provide elevated service to members regarding their benefits

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to navigate and work across multiple systems and tools simultaneously • Attention to detail • Must successfully complete a background check • Must pass an internet speed test: download ≥25 Mbps, upload ≥5 Mbps, ping ≤175 ms • Must be able to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router • Must reside in an eligible U.S. state or municipality where the compensation structure complies with applicable wage regulations • Applicants cannot reside in the listed excluded geographies, including AK, AZ, CA, CT, CO, HI, IL, MA, MD, ME, MO, MT, NE, NJ, NY, RI, OR, VT, WA, or the listed metropolitan areas
