📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer support for claims, debit card issues, and website navigation • Assist with commuter orders, eligible expenses, and balance inquiries • Handle HSA contributions, distributions, and account setup • Support tax form inquiries and profile updates • Manage 30–40 calls per day while navigating multiple systems • Manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems • Complete a 3-week virtual training class and 2 weeks of Nesting

🎯 Requirements

• Customer service experience is a plus but not required to be successful in the role • Successfully complete a customer service assessment and computer-based typing test • High school diploma, GED, or college degree • 6 months of customer service experience • Complete mandatory paid training with 100% attendance • Great problem-solving skills • Ability to effectively multitask • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays • Ability to manage a steady volume of incoming calls while navigating multiple systems • Successful completion of a background check, including education and previous employment verification • Home internet connection with 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Ability to hardwire the work computer directly to the home modem via Ethernet • Satellite and wireless internet are not acceptable • Quiet, distraction-free, clutter-free workspace with no one else present during working hours and no unauthorized electronics or writing utensils in the work area • Must be available for schedules operating 24/7, including weekends and holidays • Must reside in a state or municipality where the compensation structure complies with applicable wage regulations
