📋 Description

• Collect payments on assigned delinquent accounts • Review account documentation • Contact customers/clients by telephone and written correspondence • Arrange repayment schedules • Minimize loss to the organization

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Two to three years of experience in collections and/or customer service activities • Good knowledge of loan collection policies and procedures, fair debt collection practices, and related laws • Strong customer service/relations skills • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions • Ability to organize and interpret information • Good verbal and written communication skills • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies • Applicants must be able to comply with applicable employment eligibility verification and background-check requirements
