📋 Description

• Collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and design ETL processes • Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL workflows • Create and maintain ETL documentation, data mappings, transformation rules, and data lineage • Monitor ETL processes for performance and data quality • Troubleshoot and resolve ETL-related problems • Perform data profiling and quality checks • Design and implement data validation and reconciliation processes • Stay current with ETL best practices and emerging technologies • Recommend process improvements • Mentor junior ETL developers • Define and implement data security and access controls within ETL processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • Minimum of 10 years in a senior ETL Developer role • Strong proficiency in Informatica, Talend, or Apache Nifi • In-depth knowledge of SQL and database technologies including SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL • Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala • Experience with data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and data integration best practices • Knowledge of data quality and data governance principles • Familiarity with cloud-based ETL solutions such as AWS Glue or Azure Data Factory is a plus • Ability to work efficiently with large data volumes and optimize ETL performance • Relevant certifications are advantageous • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
