📋 Description

• Design, build, and scale next-generation Ethereum services at Conduit • Build scalable, efficient, and performant EVM-based solutions for the Conduit Platform • Improve the Node, EVM, and supporting components • Explore alternative solutions such as Reth and assess their potential impact on the platform • Architect, design, and evolve EVM Node solutions powering the Conduit Platform • Deliver scalable and robust software solutions in a DevOps environment • Create and improve tooling and processes to increase maintainability and reliability • Participate in the on-call rotation • Collaborate with engineers through mentoring, peer reviews, and design reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of the EVM and surrounding Node • Experience working with Ethereum internals, including EVMs, debuggers, block explorers, and tracers • Understanding of tooling patterns and practices for developers on EVM networks • Experience designing, implementing, and running production services • Experience debugging complex cross-stack issues, including networking issues, performance problems, and memory leaks • Ability to collaborate effectively with other engineers on complex technical problems through mentoring, peer reviews, and design reviews • Strong technical skills and ability to quickly learn new tools and frameworks • Experience with or ability to learn Golang, Python, or Rust • Experience with or ability to learn Postgres, Redis, or GCS
