📋 Description

• Build internal and first-party applications on top of Tempo for both agents and humans • Partner with startups and enterprises to integrate Tempo into their payment systems • Develop a deep understanding of the Tempo blockchain and its product surface area • Navigate unfamiliar codebases and organizations quickly to get products shipped • Bring field learnings back to Tempo to improve the product, developer experience, and blockchain itself

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including 1+ year(s) in crypto • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to travel within the US to work with partners when needed • Track record of shipping mission-critical systems where safety and reliability matter • Ability to balance speed, pragmatism, and technical quality
