📋 Description

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping in NetSuite, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and journal entries • Keep financial records accurate and organized • Work with sales and operations teams to align records and activities • Assist with monthly close, reports, and general accounting tasks • Monitor details and ensure nothing is missed

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience • NetSuite experience is required and will be used daily • Strong Excel skills • Strong organizational skills • Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-friendly • Positive attitude • Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm PST (Los Angeles time) • Willingness to accept a salary of $1,200 per month
