📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests to determine pediatric patients' therapy needs • Use clinical judgment to develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician's orders • Provide in-home therapy services to pediatric patients with a wide range of diagnoses • Communicate regularly with patients' families and provide updates on goals • Collaborate with therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses to develop holistic treatment plans • Maintain comprehensive documentation and communicate treatment-plan changes to the healthcare team • Participate in one-on-one meetings with team leads to discuss patient progress and refine treatment strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Valid, active Physical Therapist license in the state of Colorado • Current BLS/CPR License • Reliable transportation • Valid driver's license • Automotive insurance • Pediatric experience preferred but not required
