📋 Description

• Consult businesses that have signed up to the platform to convert them into paying customers • Provide top-notch customer service • Gather customer knowledge and feedback to help improve the product • Become a product expert • Own the full sales cycle as a quota-carrying Account Executive • Manage an individual account pipeline and contribute to the team pipeline • Serve as the company's primary source of client insight • Represent Connecteam and its customer-service approach • Influence product development based on client demands and needs • Share information and collaborate across departments • Demonstrate initiative, independence, and ownership

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of AE sales experience in SaaS companies • Strong record of quota attainment • Strong customer relation skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels in an organization • Self-learner, autodidact, and high independence • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines • Experience working with CRM and project management tools • Energetic, positive, and motivated • Team player with strong communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup dynamic environment • Ability to work remotely from Monday to Friday • Fluent in French
