📋 Description

• Support accounting and accounts payable for the TSX Services and Solutions division • Participate in the monthly close process, including preparing monthly journal entries and account analysis • Record weekly labor entries to various projects • Review and record labor adjusting requests • Process Services Accounts Payable invoices into the system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail • Work closely with operations and management to ensure invoices are approved accurately and timely • Process Services general expense purchase orders • Assist with documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls • Perform other duties as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Project • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial concepts • Technical aptitude with ability to absorb and apply newly learned technical skills • Working knowledge of ERP Systems • Proven knowledge of monthly GL accounting processes, billing, and account payable • Problem solving skills with ability to troubleshoot issues with services, accounting, and payables • Excellent time management and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Minimum of 2 years of accounting or financial analysis experience • An AA or BS/BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required
