📋 Description

• Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, applying manual payments, generating aging reports, and reconciling accounts • Record routine journal entries and bank transactions • Enter accounts payable bills and credit card transactions • Perform month-end closings and account reconciliations • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data, making corrections and adjustments • Conduct bank reconciliations • Support accounting team members as required • Maintain accurate financial records and produce timely reports • Support internal controls and budgeting processes • Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) • Work with multiple business units to acquire operational knowledge and execute departmental initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • 1–2 years of experience with accrual-based accounting, including AR, journal entries, month-end close, and bank reconciliations • Demonstrated ability in an accountant role • Dependable with regular and reliable attendance • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable interacting across all levels of the organization • Ability to plan, organize, and manage projects effectively • High attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and work independently • Highly self-motivated and proactive • Must complete a full application, screening questions, and a brief pre-employment test • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based • Must be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint • Must be willing to submit to drug screening
