It delivers state-aligned curriculum and virtual classroom experiences with certified teachers, personalized learning, and support for families serving as learning coaches. The program offers grade-level courses, college and career readiness, clubs and socialization opportunities, and technology support across multiple U. S. states.

📋 Description

• Support the instructional program through asynchronous web conferencing and synchronous instruction • Complete grading, progress reports, and parent conferences • Communicate with parents, students, teachers, and curriculum specialists to develop and update Personal Learning Plans and schedules • Score assessments, provide feedback, suggest instructional strategies, monitor assignments, and coach special projects • Support students and parents with alternate strategies and additional assistance with assignments and projects • Maintain current student records and data, including cumulative files, online information, attendance, and contact logs • Collaborate with team members and learning specialists to develop enrichment activities and program modifications • Manage regional field trips and integrate them into the curriculum • Create and maintain a virtual school community • Collaborate with the team and professional learning community • Participate in state testing organization and administration • Participate in student recruiting sessions and marketing efforts requiring teacher representation • Review curriculum and devise alternate lesson approaches • Attend field trips and family community activities • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Highly qualified and certified to teach elementary grades in Indiana, appropriate to grade-level responsibilities • Belief that all students can and will learn • Strong technology skills, especially Microsoft operating system, Microsoft Office programs, and Google Suite • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Highly organized and punctual • Customer-focused approach • High degree of flexibility • Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment • Team-player track record • Willingness to travel occasionally for marketing and state testing events, potentially including overnight travel • Ability to work occasional evening hours as needed to support families • Ability to use a personal electronic device and email address for two-step authentication
