📋 Description

• Engage with prospective participants to assess suitability for our professional development programs. • Use established digital tools and systems to support daily operations and achieve team objectives. • Provide follow-up communication and guidance to individuals participating in our programs. • Offer onboarding assistance and peer support to new team members through online meetings. • Participate in live virtual training sessions and team meetings three times per week. • Work independently and manage your schedule effectively while collaborating with a global remote team. • Demonstrate openness to coaching, professional learning, and continuous development.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in education, training, or management. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated and organized with a proactive approach to work. • Comfortable using online communication and training tools (training provided).
