It delivers state-aligned curriculum and virtual classroom experiences with certified teachers, personalized learning, and support for families serving as learning coaches. The program offers grade-level courses, college and career readiness, clubs and socialization opportunities, and technology support across multiple U. S. states.

📋 Description

• Virtually manage approximately 150 homeroom students with IEPs • Track daily attendance, engagement, participation, grades, progress, and course completion • Identify at-risk students and coordinate interventions with teachers, counselors, case managers, and administrators • Serve as the point of contact for families and students regarding procedures, concerns, and support • Communicate regularly with parents, learning coaches, students, and families regarding IEP goals and needs • Conduct phone calls, video meetings, emails, and messaging-platform check-ins • Document outreach, interventions, and student status • Lead weekly homeroom/advisory sessions • Coordinate specially designed instruction according to IEPs • Partner with counselors, special education staff, administrators, and content teachers • Participate in professional development, team meetings, and schoolwide initiatives • Maintain accurate data in the Learning Management System and special education software • Organize and implement IEP paperwork, documentation, and procedures • Schedule, organize, and conduct virtual IEP-related meetings • Assist with state testing and coordinate IEP-required special adaptations • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Special Education or related Education Field • Valid Idaho teaching endorsement required • Idaho Exceptional Child Generalist (K-12) teaching endorsement preferred • Applicants must reside in Idaho • Strong technology skills, especially Google Suite, Microsoft Windows, and MS Office • Excellent oral and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills • Ability to analyze, develop, implement, and track intervention plans and strategies • High degree of flexibility and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment • Track record as a team player • Willingness to travel occasionally for marketing, field trips, and state testing events, potentially including overnight travel • Ability to work occasional evening hours as needed • Private workspace free from distraction • High-speed internet • Appropriate childcare arrangements, if applicable, during scheduled work hours of 8-4 MST • Two-step authentication required; may require use of a personal device
