📋 Description

• Assist in preparing financial statements and supporting documentation • Record complex journal entry transactions • Support the financial close and conduct month-end close analysis and research • Review monthly financial results against budget and provide variance analytics • Manage monthly market billing, including invoice preparation, review, and distribution • Monitor accounts receivable, collections, customer follow-up, aging analysis, and billing discrepancy resolution • Prepare and maintain grant-related financial reporting and documentation • Serve as primary accounting liaison for government agencies and funding partners • Collaborate with operational and government partner teams on billing, revenue recognition, grant compliance, and financial matters • Coordinate with Revenue Cycle to ensure accurate monthly revenue accounting and maintain A/R reconciliations • Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts according to best practices and internal controls • Support annual financial statement audits • Maintain systems and controls ensuring integrity and accuracy of financial systems, processes, and data • Establish work priorities to manage daily and heavy workloads • Serve as a resource to Staff Accountants on complex issues • Maintain confidentiality of employee and financial information • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field • 3 years of related work experience • Computer skills including Excel, Word, and general ledger systems • Mandatory vaccination policy: successful applicants must be fully vaccinated with documentation or exempt through the Company's exemption process before starting • Fully remote work limited to AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MT, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, or WI • CPA preferred • 5 years of experience preferred • Experience with NetSuite preferred • Healthcare finance experience preferred
