📋 Description

• Develop and implement performance measures for quality control in accounting practices • Process, balance, and report data in Microsoft Access databases • Balance and reconcile net paid-outs and check-issued reports • Analyze and account for capitation and interest expense • Reconcile related general ledger accounts • Account for all reinsurance contracts • Test and balance financial software systems • Ensure proper internal controls • Produce thorough, accurate, and appropriately documented work products • Meet established milestones and delivery schedules • Collaborate with defense and security sector clients, including the Drug Enforcement Administration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance • Four to 6 years of related experience • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills • Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Excel and Access • Strong analytical skills • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions • Experience with financial reconciliation and quality control in accounting practices • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team management • Outstanding time management and prioritization abilities • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities • Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail • U.S. Citizenship required • No H-1B or TN visa sponsorship • Must pass applicable background checks and potentially drug testing
