📋 Description

• Monitor customer account details for nonpayment, delayed payments, and other irregularities • Research and resolve payment discrepancies • Follow up on past due accounts and collect payments via email and phone • Develop and maintain customer relationships to expedite collections • Negotiate payment arrangements, work with third-party collections, and recommend write-offs under collections management supervision • Maintain, review, and analyze A/R aging reports • Provide periodic status updates to the account management team • Assist with assigned tasks and support the AR team with ad hoc projects • Answer phone calls and help customers • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of collections experience with a high volume of accounts; this role will work with a minimum of 500 accounts • 1+ years of experience with Oracle Financials software • Intermediate Excel skills, including Lookups and Pivot Tables • Reliable, high speed internet • Must be able to sit for long periods and handle long periods of screen time • Not eligible for sponsorship • Advanced Excel skills, CRM tools like Salesforce, DSO reduction, independently managing escalated customer disputes, and SaaS experience are preferred
