📋 Description

• Lead multiple concurrent projects across all phases of the project lifecycle • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget • Build and maintain client partnerships as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact • Manage scope, risks, issues, and change orders • Conduct Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrum, and scrum reviews • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and revenue forecasts • Identify and escalate revenue impacts • Facilitate internal and client-facing meetings • Provide data-driven status updates to stakeholders and leadership • Partner with technical and delivery teams to balance client commitments with execution • Mentor and coach junior Project Managers • Support invoicing, timesheet review, and billing documentation • Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment • Facilitate and manage teams in meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • PMP and/or Agile certification required • 8+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives • Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk across multiple concurrent projects • Strong client-facing experience focused on partnership and client satisfaction • Ability to mentor junior Project Managers and lead teams in a matrixed environment • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies • Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Experience managing teams across multiple time zones and countries • Willingness to work flexibly across all U.S. time zones • Experience leading PMIS software implementations, such as Oracle Primavera Unifier or similar systems, is desired • Experience using AI tools to improve deliverables and solutions • Industry experience in aviation, healthcare, construction management, government, or utilities is a plus • Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with client and project requirements
