📋 Description

• Own end-to-end planning and execution for technical programs and projects, including scope, timeline, resourcing, risk, and budget tracking • Manage hardware and software installation projects, including procurement, site readiness, customer and vendor schedules, and go-live cutovers • Coordinate database-related workstreams, including requirements definitions, deployments, migrations, and workflow implementations • Organize projects so requirements and deliverable dates are clearly communicated across Product, Engineering, Solutions, Systems, Customer Operations, QA, Sales, and business stakeholders • Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and dashboards • Run stand-ups, steering committee updates, and retrospectives • Identify risks and blockers, drive resolution, and escalate when timelines or scope are at risk • Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects, prioritizing by business impact and dependencies • Continuously improve program management processes, templates, and tooling • Collaborate with Solutions Delivery, Systems, Customer Operations, Engineering, Testers, Product Management, and the broader organization

🎯 Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US • BS in management information science, computer science, computer engineering, or related technical field • 4+ years of program or project management experience • Hands-on experience managing projects involving databases, data workflows, or data platform operations • Experience coordinating hardware and/or software installation or deployment projects • Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies • Experience with Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification is an exceptional-candidate qualification • Experience in Adtech, Telecommunications, and/or Network Security environments is an exceptional-candidate qualification • Familiarity with distributed systems, data warehousing, or large-scale data infrastructure is an exceptional-candidate qualification • Understanding of SQL, database HA/DR, and database security is an exceptional-candidate qualification • Experience working directly with enterprise customers on technical deployments is an exceptional-candidate qualification • Background in a startup or high-growth technical organization is an exceptional-candidate qualification • Interviews require video with the camera on; video filters, face-altering effects, and virtual backgrounds are not permitted
