📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end deployment of cloud-based platforms, including system configuration, testing, and go-live support • Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to implement scalable, secure, and resilient IT solutions for public safety • Create and manage project and technical implementation plans, including infrastructure readiness, data flows, and failover testing • Coordinate with DevOps, R&D, and Solution Architects to align product capabilities with deployment requirements • Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve issues proactively, and ensure milestone delivery • Facilitate system handovers to customer IT teams and lead onboarding/training where required • Identify post-deployment support needs and optimization opportunities for add-on services • Serve as primary technical liaison across engineering, product, implementation teams, public safety stakeholders, partners, and customers • Oversee projects from kickoff through go-live, coordinating technical and operational resources

🎯 Requirements

• PMP or CAPM certified • 5+ years of experience managing global technical projects, preferably within a B2B SaaS, IT, or cloud services company • Experience leading cross-functional teams through cloud or hybrid infrastructure implementations • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking concepts, and cloud deployment models (AWS, Azure, etc.) • Ability to translate customer needs into actionable technical plans • Confidence interfacing with technical and executive stakeholders • Openness to domestic travel to support project execution and client success (up to 20% or more) • Nice to have: Experience with ESInet and NG911 i3-compliant technologies • Nice to have: Familiarity with systems used by PSAPs or other emergency services • Nice to have: Experience managing projects involving cloud-native architectures or real-time communication platforms • Nice to have: Demonstrated ability using AI tools, cross-platform integrations, and innovative tools • Must currently reside in the United States
