📋 Description

• Translate business goals into technical requirements, milestones, and owners • Manage work breakdowns, risk reviews, prioritization, and capacity planning • Own launches from production cutovers and deployments through rollback planning • Coordinate product, sales, leadership, developers, DevOps, QA, architects, and external vendors • De-risk dependencies across teams and vendors • Identify bottlenecks and quality gaps early • Lead retrospectives to improve releases • Provide dashboards, OKRs, and executive updates • Keep project scope controlled

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years managing technical projects or programs in software or systems engineering • Hands-on experience in software development, systems engineering, or DevOps • Solid understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure • Experience leading engineering teams through structured delivery cadences in Jira and Confluence • Track record of shipping releases and production deployments across interdependent teams • Ability to explain technical decisions to engineers and executives • Familiarity with security, compliance, and QA practices • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus • Experience with martech, attribution, analytics, or integration-heavy products is a bonus
