📋 Description

• Deliver transformational results for clients • Build trusted relationships with senior client leaders • Identify and develop new business opportunities • Shape, develop, price, and close consulting engagements • Lead complex projects from the boardroom to the plant floor • Own and deliver annual business development and sales targets • Build relationships with senior Operations and EHS leaders • Identify opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts • Expand client relationships by bringing the full breadth of dss+ capabilities to clients • Contribute to industry networks, client events, proposals, and thought leadership • Lead safety, operational excellence, and performance transformations across industrial manufacturing, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, and building products

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting and/or manufacturing leadership • Senior consulting and/or significant operational, project, or plant leadership experience • Experience contributing to business development and developing client opportunities • Experience working toward defined annual sales targets • Strong client relationship skills with senior Operations and EHS leaders • Project and program management experience • Experience managing multiple workstreams, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and client expectations • Experience leading large-scale safety, operational excellence, and performance transformations with measurable results • Turnaround, restructuring, and/or M&A integration experience • Knowledge of Operational Excellence, Lean/Six Sigma, safety management systems, and large-scale change • Strong executive presence in the boardroom and on the plant floor • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field • Willingness to travel 80%+
