📋 Description

• Handle approximately 4+ customer calls per hour from customers across the USA • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries • Explain cellular phones, billing, and general customer questions • Troubleshoot phone functions, devices, and service issues across multiple screens and systems • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions, including changing SIM cards, downloading apps, and adding contacts • Remain available and present throughout the shift except during assigned breaks and lunch • Use multiple systems and two monitors to navigate, troubleshoot, and support customers efficiently • Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a respectful, supportive team culture • Participate in on-site or off-site IT support as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • At least 6 months of customer service experience required • Remote customer service experience preferred • Basic computer skills, including general typing, common software applications, and internet navigation • Home internet with at least 20 Mbps upload and 100 Mbps download speeds • Internet cannot use satellite, Wi-Fi, or cellular data providers • Quiet, distraction-free home office setting • Two monitors required • Must reside within 50 miles of a Consumer Cellular facility, specifically the Phoenix Valley center for this role • Professional and polite communication skills • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in both Spanish and English • Ability to successfully pass a Spanish/English fluency test • Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
