📋 Description

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive training programs supporting the CGS mission • Develop and update course curricula, lesson plans, instructional materials, and training resources • Continuously evaluate and revise training content to meet contractual requirements, operational needs, and industry best practices • Deliver engaging instructor-led training in both virtual and in-person environments • Maintain accurate training records and documentation in accordance with company and contractual requirements • Prepare for and support internal and external audits of training records and program compliance • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide training guidance to leadership and operational staff • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on operational feedback and performance metrics • Travel, including occasional short-notice travel, may be required to deliver or support training • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in training management, instructional design, adult learning, workforce development, program management, law enforcement, investigations, case management, or related disciplines • Experience developing and delivering specialized technical or operational training programs • Professional training certifications or instructional design certifications are preferred • Demonstrated experience developing curricula, lesson plans, facilitator guides, and training materials • Experience delivering instructor-led training both virtually and in person • Experience teaching communication, interviewing, situational awareness, or interpersonal skills to diverse audiences • Experience working with programs serving foreign-born populations • Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills • Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with changing priorities • Ability to adapt quickly and respond to operational needs with professionalism and sound judgment • Experience leading or mentoring teams and supporting employee development • Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, when mission requirements dictate • Foreign language proficiency is a plus
