📋 Description

• Review and process abuse and safety incident reports, particularly reports involving potential harm to minors • Conduct open-source and in-platform investigations into behavioral abuse and threat actors • Document findings clearly, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy and consistency in high-volume analytical workflows • Produce written summaries, briefings, and investigative reports for internal and client stakeholders • Collaborate with team members, cross-functional partners, and vendor teams • Contribute to continuous improvement of investigative workflows and knowledge resources • Participate in team training, shadowing, and peer review

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in trust & safety, behavioral abuse investigations, or related intelligence/research work • Familiarity with open-source research (OSINT), social media investigations, or online risk analysis • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Understanding of online behavioural threats, influence operations, or content-moderation principles preferred • Ability to manage multiple cases under tight timelines and maintain attention to detail • Working knowledge of the intelligence or investigative lifecycle, including data validation and source evaluation • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience • Ability to work Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm local time • Employment authorization verified through E-Verify and Form I-9 during onboarding
