• Administer, manage, and ensure compliance for assigned contract vehicles • Perform administrative fee reporting and execute contract modifications, product and labor-category updates, and periodic reporting • Review and approve audits and assessments • Implement compliance processes supporting business leaders, sales, and operations colleagues • Develop and conduct training for Sales, Operations/Service, Program/Project Managers, and Billing Teams • Maintain contract files and fulfill mandated contractual reporting requirements • Submit periodic contract-vehicle reporting and ensure accurate, timely administrative-fee payments • Collaborate with Cooperative/GPO Program Partners to achieve contract growth goals • Review contract-vehicle proposals and booking documents for compliance and proper reporting • Support colleagues in navigating contract requirements, closing business, and ensuring contract execution and compliance • Prepare internal contract reports and data summarizing requirements, budgets, growth plans, and information for senior managers • Liaise with Convergint legal counsel and track negotiation status • Prepare contract data, update contract information in the accounting system, and maintain electronic contract files • Assist with RFP solicitation proposal development, completion, and submission • Research and answer contract-specific questions from technical personnel, sales colleagues, and leadership • Mentor team members on program knowledge, contract compliance, and operational processes • Influence North America Local Vertical Sales success across more than 10 regions • Drive standardized program operations, compliance processes, and year-over-year program growth • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required
• College degree, trade school or equivalent experience • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role • Demonstrated experience with contract vehicle compliance/administration and proposal development • Knowledge of National Cooperative Purchasing Contracts/Programs such as Sourcewell, OMNIA Partners, and/or GPO Contracts/Programs • Understanding of State and Local Regulations • Working knowledge and experience referencing and interpreting Government regulations related to Cooperative Purchasing contracts • Understanding of proposal development processes and procedures • Experience coordinating tasks to meet applicable deadlines • Customized proposal writing and proposal production activities • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, project management software, CRM, and work management platforms • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated • Organized and capable of multitasking and managing multiple functions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a virtual team environment • World-class customer service skills, including positive attitude, empathy, patience, and active listening • Flexibility for global time zones • Regular and predictable attendance • Ability to model and conduct business in alignment with Convergint’s Values and Beliefs
