📋 Description

• Maintain and update licensing records in agency systems • Ensure licensing data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with state licensing regulations • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding licensing requirements, application status, and eligibility • Review license applications and supporting documentation for compliance • Resolve discrepancies and complete required follow-ups • Prepare routine and ad hoc reports on licensing activity, productivity, and compliance metrics • Manage licensing activities for assigned regions, typically 3–10 states, including resident and non-resident transactions, renewals, and address or demographic updates • Track renewals, expirations, and status changes in licensing management systems • Respond via email, service tickets, and phone • Prioritize requests, maintain auditable records, and manage deadlines in a high-volume environment • Meet productivity and quality targets • Participate in onboarding and ongoing training • Collaborate with team members and follow confidentiality, ethical, and internal procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to support insurance producer licensing operations, including renewals, eligibility review, and compliance-driven tasks • Experience managing work through emails, service tickets, or queue-based workflows • Strong organizational, calendar management, and prioritization skills • Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy in regulated or compliance-focused environments • Professional written and verbal communication skills • Comfort handling phone calls with brokers or internal partners • Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and ethical judgment • Willingness to ask questions, learn from peers and senior team members, and engage in ongoing training • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant administrative or business experience • Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or progress toward insurance-related certifications preferred • Candidates located in Kansas City, MO or remote candidates
