• Manage a high volume of projects with tight and frequently shifting timelines • Continuously update, accurately prioritize, and align project schedules with evolving customer and operational needs • Develop a comprehensive understanding of project scope, key milestones, and timelines to create and maintain detailed, realistic project schedules • Communicate with high-level stakeholders through verbal updates, formal presentations, and cross-functional meetings • Maintain and update project tracking tools with accurate schedule dates, contact details, and relevant project information • Escalate risks or issues promptly when milestone dates or deliverables are at risk • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and support consistent performance • Perform risk mitigation based on site parameters, resource availability, and customer milestones • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather scheduling inputs, including milestone targets, dependencies, and resource constraints • Identify and document scheduling risks and recommend mitigation strategies to maintain progress and on-time delivery • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required
• At least 5 years of experience managing high-volume, fast-paced projects with shifting deadlines • Strong understanding of project management principles, scheduling practices, and milestone tracking • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present to and collaborate with high-level stakeholders • Proficiency with project management and tracking tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel, or similar platforms • Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain attention to detail • Ability to identify risks, assess impacts, and develop effective mitigation strategies • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure • Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external partners • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to analyze processes and recommend efficiency enhancements • College degree, trade school or equivalent experience • Associates degree in Engineering or related field • Experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or AV systems preferred • Project Management Institute (PMI) certification preferred • Industry-specific certifications and/or licenses • Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
