📋 Description

• Communicate directly with clients, healthcare providers, and internal teams regarding Quality Standard Notification reports and inbound sample utility inquiries • Generate and distribute follow-up emails regarding sterility results for newborn stem cell samples • Communicate regarding routine scientific inquiries • Support Consumer Sales and Services by answering real-time clinical questions • Identify process-improvement opportunities for Quality Standard Notifications, sterility-result follow-up, and triage of inbound inquiries • Assist with auditing and updating Knowledge Base responses and Standard Response templates for basic FAQs • Support recruitment of client families into internal donation programs in line with appropriate protocols • Contribute to other clinical team projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Basic skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • 5+ years of experience in a clinical, laboratory, research, health education, or customer service role • Undergraduate degree in life sciences or a related field or equivalent relevant work experience required • Ability to work remotely from a home office
