📋 Description

• Coordinate the release and pickup of vehicles • Communicate with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies • Confirm vehicle pick-up details and obtain vehicle release authorization from body shops • Obtain releases from vehicle owners • Arrange vehicle transport, including 3-way calls with shops or tow companies when needed • Assist with personal item removal • Use the “DeCode This” tool to search VINs and gather vehicle information • Maintain accurate notes in the system regarding each vehicle and all interactions • Meet daily performance goals, including making 100+ calls and processing 60+ live lots • Participate in weekly team meetings via Teams • Follow Copart policies and guidelines • Assist teammates and perform other duties as assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of one year office support experience in a customer service role • High school diploma or GED • Great communication skills, including phone communication and clear, concise writing • Typing speed of 45 WPM • Familiarity with basic 10-key • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Strong attention to detail • Problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask • Professional virtual appearance • Quiet, distraction-free workspace • Bilingual skills are a plus • Must be able to work occasional overtime • Office equipment will be provided to help you succeed in your role
