📋 Description

• Lead Copeland's global leadership development strategy, programs, and experiences • Strengthen leadership effectiveness, drive performance, and support business priorities • Partner with Talent & Performance to improve readiness for critical leadership roles and succession pipelines • Build capabilities across commercial, operational, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and other business-critical domains • Design practical and scalable development solutions • Translate business and technical expertise into high-impact development solutions • Embed development in the flow of work and connect learning investments to business outcomes • Identify future workforce and leadership skills needs • Establish skill-assessment approaches to identify strengths, gaps, and development priorities • Translate skill insights into plans for capability building, leadership development, talent decisions, and workforce readiness • Lead development initiatives for high-potential talent, successor populations, and Accelerate early-career participants • Use coaching, mentoring, action learning, stretch assignments, and peer learning to accelerate readiness • Establish enterprise approaches to leadership and capability development • Leverage learning technologies, including AI-enabled solutions • Evaluate program effectiveness using data, stakeholder feedback, and business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in leadership development • Experience building commercial, operational, technical, and/or functional capabilities in complex organizations • Ability to translate business priorities into practical development solutions • Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and functional experts • Strong learning design expertise • Ability to help subject matter experts turn business and functional knowledge into clear, engaging, practical, and consistently high-quality development • Comfort using emerging learning technologies, including AI-enabled approaches • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require current or future work authorization sponsorship • Temporary visa holders including E, F-1 with OPT or CPT, H-1, H-2, L-1, B, J, or TN are not eligible for hire
