📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure company-wide policies, SOPs, and workflows are implemented, maintained, and improved • Manage the contract process, including vendor agreements and compliance documentation, in partnership with finance • Maintain and improve internal communication channels across teams • Manage interns as needed • Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable process improvements • Support departments in building KPI tracking and performance metrics • Implement and optimize workflow automation tools • Support company-level risk management and develop solutions with the SVP of Operations • Partner with the tech team on digital security tools, protocols, compliance monitoring, and phishing simulations • Contribute to physical and digital security protocols and incident response processes • Lead and manage Knowledge Core with centralized, up-to-date resources • Drive company-wide adoption of tools and software • Support cross-functional projects and organizational initiatives • Report to the SVP of Operations and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail • Proficiency in Google Workspace • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to interface effectively with senior leadership, VPs, and employees • Proactive problem-solving mindset • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting • Ability to initiate and drive projects independently while keeping management informed • Adaptability, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset • Experience with digital security tools and protocols such as MFA, MDM, and VPN is a plus • Passion for COURIER's mission and values, with a commitment to operational excellence
