📋 Description

• Provide business insights to current customers and identify and develop new opportunities • Execute customer account plans • Collaborate with client’s management team • Communicate effectively with Corbion’s key account team • Assist Corbion's RDA with testing and development of new technologies • Serve on internal customer teams to collaborate regarding risks and opportunities • Develop sales through testing and demonstrating Corbion products • Review procedures and processes in client facilities and provide technical solutions to existing problems • Participate in plant start-ups, often requiring two weeks of continuous travel • Develop and deliver seminars and training programs internally and to customers • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• AIB Graduate and/or 10+ years’ experience in baking preferred • Extensive large wholesale baking background with management experience in operations • Excellent understanding of ingredient functionality, formulation, fully automated baking processes, and equipment operation • Solid understanding of formulation and ability to build a formula from scratch • Ability to start projects from conception through product development, R&D testing in Corbion labs, and implementation through plant trials • Successful collaboration with multiple internal teams and customers • Excellent process problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Experience developing and delivering seminars and training programs internally and to customers • Self-motivated with excellent written, electronic, and verbal communication skills • Ability to travel extensively, domestically 75% and internationally occasionally • Competence in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
