📋 Description

• Project manage a portfolio of varied customer on-boardings to drive successful outcomes. • Manage internal stakeholders and external client expectations on projects and timelines. • Maintain and track all projects and documentation; ensure proper and consistent communication of status to clients and Cordial Teams. • Develop and share best practices with clients. • Ensure successful platform rollouts according to timelines and customer initiative requirements. • Build relationships with key customer contacts to ensure high satisfaction levels. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Client Success, Strategy, Support, and Sales teams. • Document and record completed project work for access and success. • Help clients activate AI-powered capabilities during onboarding. • Use AI tools for efficient project tracking and communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in a professional services environment • strong understanding of project management skills • eager to be an expert in Cordial’s technology • understanding of RESTful API, JavaScript Tag, Dynamic Scripting for Email/SMS/Push, and UI • curiosity about AI and its implications for marketing technology • ability to handle difficult or unexpected issues • capability to juggle multiple projects
