📋 Description

• Manage multiple projects with multiple clients simultaneously while ensuring timelines are met and communicated • Serve as the lead point of contact for clients • Manage project financial performance, including profit and efficiency evaluations and accounts receivable • Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts with clients and sub-consultants • Manage project plans, resource allocation, budgets, and schedules • Identify design criteria and oversee efficient design and plan preparation • Solve design problems using engineering calculations and general design standards • Coordinate with internal disciplines and external project teams • Manage, develop, and mentor Project Engineers and Project Designers • Follow QAQC practices and procedures and identify quality and efficiency improvements • Foster client relationships and identify growth opportunities • Participate in new client pursuits • Assess constructability and complex design and identify design and construction liability issues • Provide project risk assessments, including potential risks, costs, and probabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required • Registered Architect preferred, but not required • 5+ years of Architectural or Engineering Project Management experience in a responsible position • Preferably experience with commercial projects; retail preferred • AutoCAD experience • Revit experience • MS Office experience • Must be based in PA
