📋 Description

• Coordinate the deployment of medical personnel to remote and industrial project sites • Plan and book personnel logistics, including travel and accommodation • Support payroll coordination and operational administration • Manage day-to-day operational and personnel queries • Liaise professionally with client contacts and internal stakeholders • Assist with performance tracking, reviews, and personnel coordination • Help solve operational problems in new or unfamiliar scenarios • Prioritize tasks and keep multiple workstreams moving in a dynamic environment • Work closely with experienced project managers and operational leaders • Support the deployment of medical professionals to remote industrial field settings • Help ensure projects run smoothly from planning through delivery

• Strong communication skills • Demonstrated organizational ability • Willingness to take ownership and learn by doing • Team-focused mindset with a proactive approach to challenges • Ability to prioritize workload and stay calm under pressure • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with limited standardization • Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions • Ability to understand and work with IT regarding shipping software • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Ability to constantly reach with hands and fingers • Ability to work in close contact with small and large groups • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos • Ability to write correspondence • Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and employees • Prior project management experience is not required • Exposure to project coordination or project management is desirable but not essential • Experience in logistics, operations, or client-facing roles is desirable but not essential • Interest in healthcare or industrial medical operations is desirable but not essential
