• Serve as the centralized point of contact for clinician licensing activities • Prepare, complete, and submit state medical license applications accurately and on time • Coordinate FCVS and IMLC applications • Track application progress, communicate with licensing boards, and resolve delays or missing requirements • Coordinate license renewals and monitor state-specific requirements and regulatory changes • Maintain accurate, confidential licensing records and supporting documentation • Guide clinicians through each stage of the licensing process • Provide application status updates and instructions for outstanding action items • Coordinate professional references and obtain required supporting documentation • Support fingerprinting, notarization, continuing medical education, and other state requirements • Process approved licensing fee payments and maintain transaction records • Coordinate reimbursement exceptions according to company policy • Track licensing expenses and support budget monitoring and reporting • Maintain a licensing dashboard or tracker with statuses, deadlines, risks, and next actions • Report licensing status to Recruiting, Credentialing, Scheduling, and Operations • Forecast clinician deployment readiness and identify bottlenecks • Develop and follow standardized workflows to improve onboarding consistency, operational efficiency, and Travel Team utilization • Support Travel Team and Engage clinicians, with additional support for market-employed clinicians as needed • Protect confidential clinician information and follow privacy, compliance, and organizational requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred • Experience in medical licensing, credentialing, provider enrollment, medical staff services, or healthcare administration preferred • Working knowledge of multi-state clinician licensing processes • Familiarity with FCVS and IMLC strongly preferred • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively across functions • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Comfort using licensing, credentialing, or workflow tracking systems • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain accurate, confidential records • Proactive problem solving and follow-through • Process improvement and operational discipline • Relationship building with clinicians, internal teams, and external agencies • Clear reporting and risk escalation • Adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Growth mindset and team-oriented behaviors
