• Develop and lead partner operations strategies supporting the company’s mission, vision, and long-term growth • Mentor and coach partner operations leaders to company standards • Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of Regional Directors of Operations and clinical programs • Support program launches, expansions, and transitions, including staffing, processes, technology, and communication readiness • Lead or support field crisis and issue management to ensure operational continuity • Serve as primary operational executive contact for key hospital and clinical partners • Partner with Business Development and Implementation teams on account transitions and onboarding • Support contract renewals, expansions, and RFP responses with operational input and performance narratives • Collaborate with clinical, finance, revenue cycle, and internal operations teams to streamline workflows and implement best practices • Lead adoption of internal process, policy, and technology changes in the field • Identify performance gaps and lead targeted improvement initiatives, action plans, coaching, and change management • Implement systems and technologies supporting data-driven decision-making and standardized operations • Establish, track, and analyze operational KPIs and provide reports and insights to senior leadership and clients • Manage budgets and resource allocation for assigned markets • Recruit, develop, retain, coach, and performance-manage partner operations leaders and staff • Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements • Develop field quality-control processes, including audits, site visits, and performance reviews • Identify and mitigate patient safety, regulatory readiness, and business continuity risks
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field required • Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, MPH, or related) preferred • Lean Six Sigma or similar process-improvement certification preferred • 7 or more years of progressive experience in operations leadership • Substantial responsibility for multi-site or partner operations • Healthcare experience strongly preferred • Proven record of achieving operational, financial, and quality targets with hospital or clinical leadership • Experience leading teams, implementing process improvements, and managing complex projects and organizational change • Experience working with hospital executives and physician leaders • Experience managing senior-level client relationships • Ability to supervise partner operations leaders and assigned staff, including performance management, coaching, and professional development • Strong strategic and operational leadership capabilities • High emotional intelligence and relationship-management skills • Ability to influence senior leaders, physicians, and cross-functional partners in matrixed organizations • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including data, dashboards, and financial reports • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Knowledge of healthcare operations, hospital workflows, quality, patient experience, and regulatory considerations • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams • Comfort using operational and analytics platforms • Willingness and ability to travel, potentially up to 75%
