📋 Description

• Own Corel's topline planning, forecasting and explanation processes • Run the weekly billings forecast • Build the annual operating plan by product • Translate product and sales data into recommendations for executives, the Board and the private-equity sponsor • Prepare topline and KPI sections for monthly operating reviews and quarterly Board materials • Build and maintain product-level KPI scorecards • Lead variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year • Respond to CFO, Board and sponsor requests • Lead FP&A planning-system work, including requirements, data validation, revenue and allocation models, and user training • Integrate Snowflake and NetSuite data into planning and reporting with clean, reconciled feeds • Replace manual spreadsheets with repeatable, automated reporting • Document models, planning calendars and controls • Partner with Sales, Marketing and product leaders and challenge assumptions • Support investment cases for campaigns, product launches and headcount using ROI and payback analysis • Partner with Accounting on close timing, ASC 606 revenue recognition and accrual accuracy • Build backup coverage for critical models and processes • Support audits, financing, cost programs and M&A projects • Start as a senior individual contributor, with the option to lead up to two analysts

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in FP&A, sales finance or corporate finance • Experience managing or mentoring analysts • Experience in software, SaaS or subscription businesses • Direct ownership of billings or revenue forecasting and topline KPIs • Hands-on daily experience using Claude or similar AI assistants • Experience building AI-assisted workflows that saved time or improved quality; able to provide 2–3 examples • Ability to validate AI outputs against source data and recognize when not to use AI • Expert financial modelling in Excel with large, linked, driver-based models • Strong knowledge of billings versus revenue, deferred revenue and ASC 606 • Clear written and spoken communication, including executive and Board presentations • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field • Preferred: NetSuite, Snowflake and SQL, advanced Claude features, Python or similar scripting, AI adoption or training, planning tools such as Planful/Adaptive/Anaplan, Tableau or Power BI, private-equity-backed companies, multi-product/multi-currency/multi-channel businesses, CPA/CFA/MBA
