📋 Description

• Define, implement, and oversee project management processes in accordance with the client engagement execution environment • Serve as the primary point of contact with the customer’s Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer’s Representative, and/or Primary Point of Contact • Ensure compliance with contract terms, deliverable schedules, acquisition requirements, status reporting, invoicing, and documentation standards • Provide and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, architecture, workflows, SOPs, and training materials, and catalog it in designated repositories • Coordinate and oversee Developer Testing, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Security Testing • Manage testing schedules, stakeholder participation, issue resolution, governance readiness, and compliance with testing standards • Oversee data migration planning and integrate risks, dependencies, and data quality requirements into the project plan • Lead risk identification, assessment, mitigation planning, monitoring, risk register maintenance, risk reviews, escalation, and mitigation • Manage project budgets and finances, including forecasting, tracking actuals, analyzing variances, identifying financial risks, and driving corrective actions • Drive strategic client engagements using structured program governance processes and measurable performance indicators • Manage multiple projects and streams of work • Understand technical and political landscapes and facilitate win-win stakeholder outcomes • Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams on solution design and implementation • Manage remote delivery teams, including offshore resources • Mentor and coach delivery teams on best-practice implementation • Serve as a Salesforce champion for assigned client projects and accounts • Participate in Salesforce practice development through engagement processes, solution designs, and emerging practice areas • Engage client stakeholders and support proactive risk mitigation and value articulation • Communicate with senior client executives and internal executive leadership • Create and present professional business presentations for client engagements and internal practice needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Business Management, related field or equivalent experience • Minimum 7+ years of experience at Enterprise-level Project/Program Management and Governance • Minimum 5+ years of managing end-to-end Salesforce implementations • Experience leading Project Delivery using Agile Scrum methodology • Required certifications: Project Manager Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) • Ability to excel in a challenging environment and deal with counterparts with strong personalities • Skilled in driving and managing business discussions including Planning, JAD, Scope Management, Process, and Change Management discussions • Cross-functional ability to assist in business analysis, design, and testing • Project Management experience using Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative processes • Budgeting, Estimation and Projection Management • Effective resource allocation and billability management • Familiarity with industry best practices in software and solutions development • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to convert concepts into professional documents and presentations • Ability to collaborate with customers involving multiple and conflicting objectives, negotiate, and compromise • Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a Public Trust background investigation • Employment contingent upon clear and clean results of a thorough background check • Experience with Health and Human Services project management is highly desired • Experience with JIRA is preferred • Salesforce Certified System Administrator certification highly preferred • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant and/or Salesforce Community Consultant certification highly preferred • Other Salesforce consultant certifications highly preferred • Experience managing remote teams and clients strongly preferred • Experience working with state and local government or social services agencies is a big plus
