📋 Description
• Recruit top mortgage talent through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events • Build relationships with loan officers, branch leaders, and industry partners across the Pacific Northwest • Partner with regional and executive leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska • Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes while identifying opportunities to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, sales, business development in the mortgage industry • High School Diploma / GED required • Experience using CRM and recruiting tools • Willingness to travel throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska
