📋 Description

• Facilitate accurate quotations, purchase orders, and work orders • Provide prompt, courteous, and professional responses to customer requests • Maintain and grow sales from current active and past non-active customers • Prospect new business • Enter orders accurately into Oracle • Coordinate scheduling and delivery for multiple plant sites • Develop product knowledge and answer customer support questions • Handle claims, account reconciliation, and transactions • Communicate timely with appropriate functions • Accept inbound calls to assist with basic customer needs • Liaise between manufacturing and customers • Learn the designated commercial/industrial product line • Prepare quotations to assist Outside Sales

🎯 Requirements

• High math aptitude to calculate square footage and assist customers when ordering • Ability to multi-task with a high level of organization • Ability to learn, comprehend, and apply training and use best judgment for case-by-case scenarios • Ability to make proactive decisions based on customer needs • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel • Project management and negotiation skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Minimum 2-year post-secondary education required • 2+ years of construction products sales experience is a plus, but not required • Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required • Previous roofing experience is a plus • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
