📋 Description

• Develop and implement market plans including customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities and revenue goals • Drive profitable growth and market development of the Arizona territory • Sell directly to subcontractors, general contractors and roofing contractors • Support the components division, including MBCI and Metal Sales Brands • Develop comprehensive understanding of Cornerstone Building Brands products and systems in the market • Understand key customers’ businesses and the critical measures driving each account • Collaborate with internal Cornerstone Building Brands departments to optimize customer experience and efficiency • Report to the West Regional Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with CBB associates, customers, subsidiaries, agents and sales force • Minimum of 8 years of proven sales/marketing and/or sales management experience • Experience in commercial construction and/or building materials • Pre-engineered metal buildings experience is preferred • Ability to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses • Strong understanding of Marketing, Finance, and Operations • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to travel 50%–60% of the time, including 2–3 overnights a week • Ability to work with Operating Systems • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
