📋 Description

• Build, implement, and communicate best procurement practices and tools • Develop, deploy, and maintain the supplier risk program • Develop and manage supplier relationship management processes • Drive procurement governance, policies, processes, and tools • Enable effective and efficient use of Strategic Sourcing Department procedures and operational tools • Educate, train, influence, and drive adoption of best practices across operating teams • Support execution of business strategies and procurement performance goals • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks • Design and lead initiatives to improve supply chain resilience • Develop the supplier relationship management program, including evaluation guidelines, selection, evaluation, risk assessment, quality, ongoing performance, and offboarding • Design, implement, deploy, and maintain procurement processes and supporting tools • Develop metrics to measure procurement effectiveness • Develop strategic plans for procurement technology adoption, enhancement, and development • Manage authoring of procurement policies, procedures, SOPs, and work guidelines • Develop and execute training for procurement and operations teams • Standardize and consolidate procurement practices, policies, and compliance reporting • Implement best practices where required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or equivalent • MBA preferred • 10+ years of supply chain, procurement or related experience • Experience leading procurement process and tool implementation • Ability to lead through influence • Proven track record of delivering tangible results in a matrix organization • Proficient knowledge of procurement best practices and support systems • Superior communication and influencing skills, with collaboration mindset • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects • Expertise in operating Microsoft Office programs • Certifications preferred but not required: CPSM, PMP • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply • Travel 15%-20%
