📋 Description

• Contribute to the overall operational and financial goals for the Sales Cluster • Work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Team to support business analysis and execution of key activities • Ensure decisions and performance are driven by financial and operational data • Analyze sales and costs at total and customer level • Make proactive suggestions for improvements • Lead the monthly performance management process, evaluating progress and deviations to plan • Follow up on results and activities in the Local Business Plan • Coordinate quarterly forecasts • Assess macroeconomic conditions and support forecasts with concrete sales plans • Develop business cases for investments, customer cases, and efficiency initiatives • Communicate financial findings clearly and understandably • Collaborate with cross-Americas colleagues, including contacts in Brazil and Canada

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent • At least 2 to 3 years of Business Controlling or similar experience in a manufacturing environment • Excellent understanding of financial processes, reporting, and accounting • High level of computer proficiency, especially in Excel and PowerPoint • Highly organized and strongly analytical • Keen attention to detail and ability to question the facts • Experience or aptitude for continuous improvements • Ability to search for information, identify solutions, and challenge the norm • Flexibility and ability to react well to change • Ability to remain calm in the face of challenges
