📋 Description

• Provide data support for client services, including data acquisition, validation, sorting, analysis, and daily operational functions • Receive chargemaster data from clients • Import client data into databases using SQL and proprietary tools • Validate and test data for accuracy and quality • Maintain and update databases supporting the web tool and services using SQL • Prepare accurate spreadsheets and Word documents • Track client projects and tasks • Answer client and internal questions and manage follow-ups • Build relationships with staff and clients to ensure accurate and timely deliverables • Collaborate with the Financial Analytics team to collect data and develop materials for client presentations and analysis • Retrieve data from CMS and import it into SQL databases • Produce reports supporting pricing projects and ad-hoc financial analysis requests • Perform other assigned duties as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Permanent work authorization required: U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder • Employees must reside and work within the continental United States • Proctored Excel assessment required during the application process • High School diploma or equivalent • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, accounting, HIT, or related field preferred • Minimum one (1) year of experience working with hospital chargemasters and healthcare data • Knowledge of hospital operations and chargemaster data elements, including revenue codes, CPT/HCPCS codes, and bill types • Experience and knowledge with healthcare data, specifically chargemasters, financials, and patient accounting data • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Experience executing SQL commands and writing basic queries • Experience with electronic health record systems, including Cerner, Meditech, and EPIC • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Exceptional customer service and follow-up skills • Ability to perform computer-based work for 6–8 hours per day • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 20 lbs. infrequently
