📋 Description

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive payouts using HR rosters, SAP results, payout schedules, and exception criteria • Administer the Xactly Incentive Management Platform, including back-end SQL coding • Work with sales, finance, and HR teams to identify business requirements and implement incentive plan strategy • Facilitate incentive calculation and approval distribution across the sales leadership team • Develop and distribute incentive performance reporting • Partner with finance on incentive modeling, forecasting, and accrual management • Provide ad-hoc reporting and problem-solving for account assignments, sales incentive calculations, and external data • Execute improvements to enhance and automate assigned systems and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field • Minimum of 1–3 years of data management and data project experience • Preferable experience with a consumer products company • Systems knowledge or ability to learn quickly: SAP, Business Warehouse, and Salesforce.com • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience working with multi-disciplinary and geographically dispersed teams • Advanced analytics tool proficiency, including Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, and SQL
