📋 Description

• Lead and manage a group of Team Members performing work for assigned clients • Organize inventory and workflow to ensure client needs are met • Manage staff according to Company policies and procedures in an engaging and motivating manner • Monitor Team Member performance and provide feedback and training to improve production and quality • Assess training needs and provide development opportunities • Participate in interviewing and selecting new Team Members • Facilitate positive and productive relationships with Global Team Members • Understand client requirements, analyze data, identify trends, and participate in client meetings • Ensure the ParaPath module reflects current client desk procedures and efficient processes • Create and maintain client preference guides • Ensure client preferences are clearly communicated to Team Members • Ensure timely access to client systems • Manage new inventory, high balances, and aging from placements • Monitor and manage inventory to achieve rapid account resolution • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • At least 2 years supervisory experience preferred • Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management preferred • Experience effectively managing remote team members • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to present information professionally to clients • Basic Outlook, Word and PowerPoint skills, including creating emails, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents and presentations • Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, pivot tables, and basic formulas • Ability to organize and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, assign tasks, record minutes, and conduct follow-ups • Ability to analyze data and identify trends • Ability to work independently and with a team to meet multiple competing priorities • Ability to operate office equipment and work at a computer terminal for 6–8 hours per day • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 20 lbs. when required
