📋 Description

• Coordinate and oversee daily delivery and pickup operations using routing and dispatch systems • Monitor fleet activity in real time and proactively resolve service disruptions • Communicate with Delivery Management, Operations, Sales, and customers regarding route status, service updates, and issue resolution • Provide two-way communication through email, telephone, text messaging, ERP platforms, and routing software • Conduct customer pre-call communications for next-day deliveries and pickups • Plan, configure, and optimize routes using Descartes Routing Software • Manage daily dispatch capacity and anticipate operational requirements • Collaborate across dispatch, operations, and customer service teams • Manage escalations and assist with contingency planning during service interruptions or peak volumes

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Minimum of 3–5 years of customer service experience preferred • Experience in a high-volume call center or fast-paced service environment preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, required • Strong technical aptitude with business software, email platforms, and data entry • Typing speed of 40+ WPM preferred • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis • This position does not offer current or future visa sponsorship • Preference given to candidates residing in the Eastern or Central Time Zones • Applicants must reside within the continental U.S.; Montana, Wyoming, and South Dakota are excluded
