• Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children, including patients, parents, and siblings • Utilize tailored therapeutic approaches, including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Solution Focused Collaborative Therapy • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and families to provide wrap-around support • Participate in family care meetings with other providers • Comply with clinic policies and state, federal, and licensing board laws, requirements, and regulations • Support team adherence to organizational standards and policies • Maintain documentation and communication according to legal, ethical, and company standards • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Current and unrestricted license to practice in Arizona required • Current and unrestricted license and/or certification required to practice within the clinical domain • Master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field • Knowledge of empirically supported psychotherapy approaches, including cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy • At least 1 year of experience working with children or families with developmental differences • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds • Commitment to exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care • Openness to learning from other professional disciplines, colleagues, and families • Ability to obtain cross-state licensure in new states as indicated by business needs
